Gee Beauty Is Growing!
We are looking for a full-time Client Service Specialist to join our incredible team!
What you’ll do:
- Greet and welcome clients
- Communicate with clients in person, over the phone and through email to schedule appointments and recommend product and services
- Answer client inquiries
- Work with clients and service providers to reschedule appointments promptly
- Ensure client consent forms are completed
- Process payments and rebook services
- Assist service providers in preparing rooms and stations in-between clients
- Ensure health & safety protocols are followed
- Deliver professional, exceptional service

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a retail environment (experience in beauty, skincare or hospitality preferred)
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with scheduling software and POS systems is an asset
- Fluent in English

We are looking for a full-time Medical Aesthetician (Medi-Beauty Skin Expert) to join our incredible team!
What you’ll do:
- Perform medical grade facial treatments, including microdermabrasion, microneedling, IPL, skin resurfacing and skin tightening.
- Perform laser treatments and therapy
- Perform facials using radio frequency
- Perform facial treatments (such as Oxygen and Hydrafacials)
- Communicate, engage, and educate our clients on medical facial treatments, skin care products and Gee Beauty services.
- Provide exceptional and attentive client servicing.
- Achieve provided sales and service goals.
- Gee Beauty provides regular product and technology training however it is up to you to educate and study to be able to carry out the functions of your job
- Learn and become an expert in our product lines.
- Learn and maintain an overarching knowledge of our beauty and wellness product brands.

- Diploma in medical aesthetics from an accredited program
