Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about the small things that shape my days — the rituals, the routines, the creativity in how I live.
Right now, I’m especially focused on what makes me feel grounded and inspired: personal style, deeper sleep, nourishing food, and consistent movement. And with a new puppy in our family, there’s also the joy of new experiences: training, playfulness, winter walks, and adjusting to this sweet season. These are the things I’m leaning into at the moment, with gratitude and intention. These are the things I’m into at the moment, and the practices I’m committing to as I move through this season, and life, with intention.
My Style
While you KNOW I take such pride in putting myself together, using my creativity and honoring my clients and team with my personal presentation, I don't consider myself a "fashion" person. I have always focused on my style rather - my innate ability to put looks together, invest in key pieces and wear them on repeat in new and different ways. For me its instinctive, its effortless, and it's uniquely mine - just as it should be for everyone else. Embrace your own unique style. It's like your signature.
I shop with intention and through my creative lens, which is why I keep what I buy. I mix high and low, pattern and classic, loose and tailored. Jewelry, scarves, hats — I love hats. A pin, patterned tights, gloves, a belt over a coat — small details transform everything.
I dress modestly in classic silhouettes. Nothing revealing. No pants — except at home in my loungewear from Six By Gee Beauty.
Fall and winter are my favorites. Sweaters. Layering. Vests over coats. Blazers with pins. Gloves with rings. So much creativity — and the way I carry myself completes it. I am not driven by trend. I am driven by style
Clothing and makeup make me feel special. Dressing is a gift of being alive — even for groceries or coffee.

My Sleep
I am committed to deeper sleep. This begins well-before my head hits my pillow. My nighttime routine (bath, skincare, prayer and calming routines) need to be complete by 9:45pm. I'm in bed and lights out by 10pm. my goal is 6-7 hours of solid sleep.
I aim to wake at 5:30am and begin my morning routine, setting me up for a day of success. I’ve started Arrae Sleep and a few other sleep-supporting practices, and in three months, I'll report back with my full routine.

My Food & Prep Rituals
I meal prep nightly. I need fresh food — I am not a freezer person. I prep meat sauce and soup weekly. I love grocery shopping and go out of my way to buy what makes me happy. I've always been this way. I eat kosher, whole foods that focus on protein, fibre, healthy carbohydrates and fats - and of course anything that brings me joy like some dark chocolate. I work on consistently eating three meals at the same time daily — except for Shabbat dinner which is not about routine, its solely focused on spiritual fulfillment - traditional foods, the prayers, the singing, with no phones at the table - its so peaceful. This signals the end of the week and truly what fills up my cup for the following week.
My Exercise & Movement
I’ve learned that nothing works without commitment and accountability. You can have every tool in the world — but if you’re not ready, it won’t stick.
For the past two years, I’ve been doing Rachel Fitness. Her energy motivates me. What she’s taught me most is this: focus on form, use support when needed, and keep going. Where there is a will, there is a way.
I work out from home. If I miss the 6:30 AM class, I use the platform later. Movement is part of my life now.
Walking has been transformative — treadmill at 3.5 with incline at 3. I aim to take the stairs instead of the elevator when possible. I'm mindful of any moment for movement.
This isn’t about extremes. It’s about consistency.

My Love For What I Do
My passion for Gee Beauty - what we've created and what we do on a daily basis - truly lights me up. Sometimes I don't even feel like its work because its so inherent in me - working with people, listening, helping, creating solutions, doing makeup and creating products. These are my passions. Of course its work - running the business - and you need to take your time to rest and refuel, be present and take time away - but I feel so much satisfaction from it that it drives me to continue.
I just wrapped a fantastic makeup class this week - working with 8 guests to teach them my secrets to natural-looking makeup for mature skin. We went over proper hydration, the right skincare to sit under makeup, lightweight illuminating coverage, and enhancing our features as we age. I loved it, and would love for you to join us at our next class.
My Puppy Vinny
This season also brought something completely new into my life — a puppy. Vinny has filled our home with joy, energy, and a kind of sweetness that changes the entire atmosphere. There is playfulness, training, patience, and so much learning in the everyday. Winter looks different now — more walks, more fresh air, more moments of laughter in the cold. He keeps me moving, keeps me present, and brings such a smile to everyone he meets.
Vinny is new life, new routine, and is such a gift.
