From simple daily rituals to the little things that make life feel more grounded, Celene is all about what feels genuinely good right now.

This season leans into warming comforts, thoughtful wind-down moments, and a more intentional rhythm — from the way mornings begin to how nights end.

Tea + matcha over coffee

If you know me, you know I have always loved my coffee routine, but I was starting to notice the effects some of the more caffeinated blends I was drinking, especially if it was on an empty stomach, it felt like my cortisol was jumping up. While the experience brought me joy, the effect was starting to do the opposite. I gradually started swapping out tea and matcha in the mornings, and while yes they do still contain caffeine, it was in lesser amounts, making it more of a gentle jolt, and a calmer ritual. I still enjoy a cappuccino every now and then, but it is refreshing to change up my routine and try something new.

Soup season

I’ve always loved making soups and warming foods in the winter (yes even in Miami!). they’re satiating and an incredible way to nourish our bodies. Most recently I started making bone broth in a slow cooker. I’m trying a few different recipes so once I nail one I love the most, I’ll be sharing it! I’ve even started drinking a cup in the mornings before my tea or eggs, and I do find it helps my energy, digestion and any cravings throughout the day.

Avid Outfit Repeater

One thing I’ve always loved about both Miriam and Natalie is how they re-wear and re-style core pieces of their wardrobe. When you love a look, you keep wearing it. This season, I’m super into mixing sporty looks with something polished like a leather or suede bomber jacker. Pairing a cropped windbreaker with jeans, or nylon track pants with a Bordeaux-colored leather jacket. My accessories are incorporating seasonal tones and patterns, like leopard and pony-hair.

My nightly wind-down

I’ve always been a night owl and not so much a peppy morning person. For the last several years I’ve been working on balancing this for all the obvious benefits, and I guess you could say I’m now a reformed night owl.  In order for me to be in bed and lights out by 10:30, I need to work backwards, beginning just after dinner when I make my tea. Lately it’s been the Doctor Stolberg Rest + Digest tea, with organic coriander and cumin. It’s created by a Doctor of Acupuncture, and designed to be a calming, warming moment to help ease digestion and alleviate bloat. I’ve totally fallen in love with it. Next step in my routine is my skincare, some time with red light therapy, and some stretching, meditation or putting my legs up on the wall as I lay down for added lymphatic and circulatory benefits. Then its getting into bed, and always working on minimizing my scroll time!

A little Bravo never hurt anyone

Lately I’ve been watching Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and of course Tell Me Lies! I’m always looking for a good new show so let me know what you love!

Being intentional when I go out

I’m in my loving-being-at-home era, from cooking and organizing to workouts, but when I do go out socially or to dinner etc… I want it to be with intention and connection, either for celebration (even something small) or one-on-one. I’m aiming to be present and to enjoy the experience, rather than feeling like I have FOMO if I’m not there. Taking a moment to sort through the “why” behind it and the mindset I want helps me with this.
