We approach the holidays as a time to be present with one another as a family and be in the moment. Today on the #geeedit, we're sharing what we're looking forward to!
Miriam Gee:
For me, the holidays are all about quality time with family and being present at all moments. I always love being around my grandchildren and experiencing everything through their eyes. I'll definitely spend lots of time in the kitchen cooking for the entire family and hosting dinners. My signature chicken soup is always on the menu and it's perfect for this time of year plus with Hanukkah coming up, we'll be making different versions of latkes, too.
One of my go-to activities to do with my grandchildren is arts & crafts. I love anything that's creative and its become our favorite thing to do together. I even have some of their masterpieces hanging on the walls in my office.

I've been spending more time in the studio connecting with clients and it's so rewarding. The energy and buzz are just unmatched and it has shown me how to be even more present at home and on the weekends. This holiday I'm going to continue to show up presently for my family but also for myself.
A true luxury for any parent is the luxury of taking a great nap. While we have family in town who can take the kids for a few hours, I fully plan to sneak away and enjoy a restful mid-day snooze.

Our Winter EssentialsCelene Gee:
It should come as no surprise that I spend a fair amount of time during the holidays in the kitchen. I'm always looking for new recipes to try and with Hanukkah coming up I'll be making latkes with a healthy twist. I love using root vegetables and pan-frying rather than deep frying.
I'm so looking forward to spending time with family from out of town and hosting casual dinners.

Celene Cuisine: Holiday EditionSteph Gee:
This holiday we'll be splitting our time in Toronto and in Miami with our whole family. I can't wait to enjoy quiet nights in by the fire. We've also discovered the magic of a 5:30PM dinner reservation - we've gone to a new Toronto spot called Linny's so far and Manita of course, and both are incredible places to enjoy with friends + family.
In Miami I'm looking so forward to family time and of course, being with my neice and nephews. It's such a beautiful time to be present and enjoy every single moment.
