Infuse 1-2 Sleep Welle Fortified Calming teabags in very hot water (not boiling) for 2-10 min. The Sleep Welle Fortified Calming Tea is best taken before bedtime. May be used up to three times per day. Add honey to sweeten if desired. Best consumed without milk. Store in a cool, dry place.
